Rue Bennett's drug overdose is an event that occurred three months before "Pilot".
History
At the beginning of summer 2018, Rue Bennett experienced a near fatal drug overdose. Her sister Gia found her covered in her own vomit and rigid on the ground and managed to contact paramedics. Rue recovered shortly after and was entered into drug rehabilitation for the rest of summer.[1]
