Mouse is accompanied by Custer to Fezco's to conduct a deal, as Mouse is Fezco's supplier. Mouse takes the cash from Fezco and hands it to Custer to count. Mouse asks Fezco if he wants to buy fentanyl, but Fez declines. Mouse turns his attention to Rue and asks her if she's ever tried fentanyl. Although Fez tries to speak for Rue, Mouse ignores him. He then gives Rue a dose of fentanyl and a nicotine patch. As Rue is unable to pay back, he extorts Fez for the money. Mouse and Custer then leave.
