Jocelyn is a main character and the protagonist in the first season of The Idol. She is portrayed by Lily-Rose Depp, while her younger counterpart is portrayed by Finley Rose Slater.
Jocelyn is an up-and-coming pop idol and Tedros' love interest.
After a suffering a mental health crisis which led to the cancellation of her tour and the death of her mother, Jocelyn is preparing for her second attempt to tour, releasing "World Class Sinner", the lead single of her new project. She is doing a photoshoot for her cover, and gets in trouble with the intimacy coordinator for wanting to show her full breast. Her manager Chaim doesn't want to redo the shoot in 48 hours, and so he locks the intimacy coordinator in the bathroom, leaving Jocelyn oblivious. During her practice, a photo of her face covered in semen is posted to the internet, with her becoming the #1 trending topic on twitter. Jocelyn and her entourage arrive and enjoy themselves, Tedros singles out Jocelyn and they begin to grow close. Tedros and Jocelyn are stopped from having sex due to her best friend Leia looking for her. Jocelyn returns home, thinking of being with Tedros, and masturbates while erotically axohixatiing herself.
