Ethan is known to have a sister. At the carnival in "Shook Ones Pt. II", a tall girl asks Ethan to tell his sister to cover her shift on Wednesday due to having an upcoming first-time meeting with her boyfriend's family.

He has a sister that we know of. He’s a very minor character so we don’t know much about him but as of the last episode, he’s currently in a relationship with Kat Hernandez, whom he has shown an interest in since the first day of school. (1x02)
