Elliot is a main character in the second and third seasons of Euphoria. He is portrayed by Dominic Fike.
Elliot is a mysterious guy that Rue met at Virgil's New Year's Eve party, who she seems to have a lot in common with, including substance abuse.

"Trying to Get to Heaven Before They Close the Door"[]
Elliot is seen for the first time while attending New Year's Eve party, when Rue Bennett is trying to walk down the halls while high on heroin, she finds him in the laundry room snorting drugs off the washing machine. Initially, he tries to play it off by claiming that he is just a repairman, but Rue sees through his lies and admits she's a user too. Then they decide to do drugs together, but after getting a snort Rue falls into cardiac arrest, asking terrified Elliot to check her pulse. While her pulse is getting weaker and Elliot starts panicking to the point of wanting to call 911, Rue requests him to crush up Adderall for her that she hides in one of her socks. After successfully getting her pulse back to normal by snorting Adderall, Rue starts to laugh while giving Elliot a high five in the process.
Elliot and Rue are seen together later, outside of the house while sitting in front of the bonfire and smoking weed. When Jules Vaughn wants to talk to Rue in private, Elliot gives her his chair while claiming he's going for another drink.[3]
"Out of Touch"[]
After New Years, Elliot hung out with Rue for the remainder of the Christmas Break before the new semester East Highland. During their time together, he and Rue bought drugs with money he makes from making music online. On his first day at East Highland, he approaches Rue and Jules who have began a romantic relationship. Concerned that Jules will put together that Rue did drugs with Elliot over the past couple days, the conversation becomes awkward as Jules became worried that he may try to ruin their relationship.[4]
